Two popular presenters appear together for the first time in one program. Through hands-on experiments, Harald Lesch and Dirk Steffens explain how weather phenomena develop and explore ways to influence the weather.

As Director of Photography, I was responsible for most of the segments featuring the two hosts, which were staged as conversational exchanges between the experts.

In addition to the main camera (Red Dragon), a drone equipped with a Lumix GH4 operated by the team from fluglinse.de was used.

How can we create the weather we want? This is the question that sends Harald Lesch and Dirk Steffens on an exciting scientific mission. At a specific location and time, they aim to produce their ideal weather. Their search for the right methods takes them to the very place where weather is born: the atmosphere. Dirk Steffens ventures into adventurous situations, while Harald Lesch follows in the footsteps of the scientists. Time and again, the scientist and the adventurer come together to put their new findings to the test—because only by working together can they reach their goal.
